• Handle and process reservations made for guests via telephone and email
• Maintain guest profile by updating and ensuring the latest information is retained in their profile
• Ensure the inputting of all reservations is completed in a timely fashion
• Coordination of special requests for incoming guests with the relevant departments prior to arrival
• Experience in a similar role within a hotel environment
• Experience with OPERA property management system
• Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude
• Energized in a fast paced environment
• Excellent grooming and presentation skills
