Job Summary

Under the supervision and guidance from HR, enables to provide one-stop HR service to assigned smaller scale of departments through consultancy, professional advices, guidance on all associates related issues including recruitment, career development, performance management, retention and social activities.


Job Requirement


-          Minimum two years in Human Resources position.

-          High school, diploma in hotel management or equivalent education required.

-          Fluent in spoken and written English & Chinese languages.

-          Cautious on details, strong in data analysis is a plus.

-          Positive and cheerful attitude on challenges occurs.

-          Strong organizational skills.

-          General understanding of hotel operations.

-          Sufficient communication skills, both verbal and written.

-          Basic knowledge of Macau Labor Law.
