  1. Actively take role and participate in the efficient and effective operation.
  2. Ensure and maintain the quality standards.
  3. Identifies issues / concerns and formulate recommendations for improvement.
  4. Follow every performance standards.
  5. Understand and follow health and safety standards in all work activities.
  6. Establishes and enforces maintenance, repair, cleaning and re-stocking schedules.
  7. Minimizes waste, pilferage, neglect, breakage, misuses and mishandling.
  8. Ensure that all associates comply with the grooming and uniform standards.
  9. Monitors volume of business & reservation.
  10. Ensures staff is effective and well trained.
  11. Create data base of customer preferences and special requests to increase customer satisfaction and repeating guests.
  12. Maintains positive labor relations.
  1. Handle complaints from guests in a pleasant and efficient manner to ensure guests satisfaction.
  1. For anything special that you noted like if guests require special meals ensure it is recorded in guest history in the reservations system.
  1. Be familiar with all food outlet menus and specials, including seasonal changes and special promotions
  1. Provide a professional and immediate response to guests concerning all menu items and their preparation.
