Job Summary
 

Deliver St. Regis signature Butler Service to our guests.  Conduct Training for Butlers to ensure and maintain consistency service and high standard of services.  Personalize the guest experiences by creating unforgettable moments for guest during the stay. Act on guest feedback, preferences regarding the hotel services and ensure that proper actions are taken to maximize guest satisfaction and comply with hotel policies. Handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to Management Team.

 
Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Anticipate and address guests' service needs. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
