Sheraton Grand Macao Hotel, Cotai Central is part of the Marriot International family which located on the Cotai Strip. The World’s largest Sheraton’s with 4,001 guest rooms and suites. The hotel’s two stunning towers included seven restaurants and lounges, over 9,000 sqm meeting space, fitness center, spa and three outdoor swimming pools.

 


Job Requirement

 

Monitor and ensure the quality of execution for all hotel branded programs. Conduct internal Brand Standard Audit on regular basis and generate report to ensure hotel meets brand standard. Work closely with different departments to ensure corporate compliance. Retrieve latest updated on brand programs, standards to ensure corporate and brand compliance.

 

React on guests’ feedback that come from different channels on timely basis to enhance guest experience with our hotel. Provide brand training to the staff members across all operational departments to maintain the highest quality of services as required by the brand.

 

Job Requirement

 

- Minimum 5 years experience in international brand

- At least 2 years operational supervisory experience 

- Good communication skills in both English and Chinese

- Training experience is preferable
