Job Summary


Monitor and ensure the quality of execution for all St. Regis branded programs. Conduct internal Brand Standard Audit on regular basis and generate report to ensure hotel meets brand standard. Work closely with different departments to ensure corporate compliance. Retrieve latest updated on brand programs, standards to ensure corporate and brand compliance


React on guests’ feedback that come from different channels on timely basis to enhance guest experience with our hotel.Provide brand training to the staff members across all operational departments to maintain the highest quality of services as required by the brand.


Job Requirement


- Minimum 5 years experience in 5-stars luxury brand

- At least 2 years operational supervisory experience 

- Good communication skills in both English and Chinese

- Training experience is preferable
