Purpose of Role


Coach, oversee and support FIT internal operations.  Assist the Assistant Manager with managing the operation of FIT.  Implement and manage quality assurance measure to ensure guest satisfaction.  Execute strategies implemented by the Assistant Manager.


Responsibly Description


§  Act as Department Trainer

§  Supervise over all FIT Talent.

§  Ensure tasks are done according to HID.

§  Assist the Assistant Manager with HID setup and revision.

§  Inventory control.

§  Maintain a clean and neat professional appearance and a high standard of personal hygiene at all times.

§  Check in guests at AWAY Spa and FIT, input appropriate information and run necessary reports from computer system.

§  Maintain a good relationship with FIT members.

§  Answer a variety of questions from guests and handle routine problems.

§  Train Talent; plan, assign and direct work; conduct performance appraisal; reward and discipline Talent; address complaints and resolve problems.

§  Handle emergencies, notify appropriate Talent.

§  Ensure that FIT follows global standards at all times.

§  Perform other duties as assigned.

§  Create Talent roster.
