Purpose of Role
Responsible for assisting the Manager in ensuring the highest standards of service are provided in accordance with B&F operating procedures, in order to meet and exceed guest satisfaction.
§ Manage and create menus according to guest needs and dietary
§ Liaise with Venue Managers, Chefs and Hostess in relation to necessary
follow-up on reservations and special menus.
§ Maintain communication with all departments to ensure VIP customer service
needs are met.
§ Join the service team when VIPs or board members dine at venues. Make
sure appropriate discounts are applied accordingly.
§ Assist with service at venues and engage guests in conversation about dining
experiences at the hotel.
