We are looking for someone who is able to work in a team, enjoys working in a fast paced environment and is willing to engage with guests. One year experience in a similar hotel/restaurant is desirable.


Front Desk Agent Job Summary

As our new Front Desk Agent, you will be required to:


 All equipment is operated in line with the trained instruction, being familiar with the operations of OPERA, MARSHA and espresso system; ensuring quick and accurate amendment of guest information, check in and check out


Blind drop to be done as per hotel policy and a good stock of cash for the float to be maintained


 Ensure complete preparation of the Front Desk for the arrivals of the day as per checklist


 Products and services are explained to the customer at all appropriate times.


All C. in/out are carried out in a courteous and efficient manner ensuring the correct room allocation and Marriott Brand Standards and procedures are executed


Prompt responses is given to the service needs of customers and solutions delivered


Service reliability is improved through obtaining customer feedback and working with colleagues.


A positive personal image is presented to the customer at all times whilst wearing the correct uniform and the adhering to the grooming standards.
