Job Summary

Manage the Event Booking Center, allocation of function and group room space. Monitor and evaluate selling processes, policies, documents, and procedures in accordance with Marriott SOPs and LSOPs. Act as the point of contact for customers to the event booking center. Plan, qualify and negotiate all hotel events with in the guidelines of the Hotel Sales Strategy. Identify up-sell opportunities, maximize revenue in catering and group rooms. Ensure that Sales Center team provides customers with consistent, high level service throughout each booking.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in hotel, catering or hospitality management
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity, with at least 3 years at managerial role
  • Strong leadership skill and able to drive revenue/sales targets
  • Leading and participating as a member of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent spoken, written and reading ability in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
