Perform basic kitchen duties for individual section in all operational facets relating to supreme standards of disciplined mise en place and menu preparations. Meet logistical requirements for set up of all work stations relating to kitchen duties and mise en place levels to the highest qualitative standards. Show effort and passion to cook great food to meet guest expectation. Works in a Hygienic, safe, efficient and productive manner at all times.
- High school, diploma in hotel management or equivalent education required.
- Strong knowledge of culinary operations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Chinese.
- Three to five years in culinary management position.
