Job Summary

Responsible to build brand image to media and public through marketing activities in Japan and overseas countries to enhance revenue and the reputation of the hotel.
Build the right positioning of The Westin Tokyo among press and general consumers as luxury hotel.



  1. Coordinate with related departments(FB, Sales, SPA, etc.) to develop the programs by seeing the same goal by sharing the information in the right way and in timely manner
  2. Plan and implement seasonal hotel events and some others by DOM direction.
  3. Work with the company or group outside such as tourism offices, airlines, partner companies, etc.
  4. Support DOM.
  5. Support PR activities.
  6. Ensure that all subordinates comply with the grooming and uniform standards.
  7. Hold regular communication meetings to keep all staff is updated with new information with regard to activities, events, rules and regulations, hotel and departmental goal.
  8. Comply with all Corporate and Hotel Standards and Procedures.
  9. Actively promote a work environment, which cares for guest and associates alike.
  10. Attend meetings as required.   必要な会議に出席する。
