As Manager on Duty you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the Front Office department and the Hotel during the overnight shift, acting as the management representative for the Hotel to ensure complete guest and patron satisfaction.  Thoroughly investigate Safety, Security and Emergency matters, guest issues and room and account discrepancies.   You will assist the Front Office Manager in training staff according to the Sheraton standards of Front Office, delegate tasks to the team, coach and counsel staff to be at their best and maintain a positive work atmosphere for them.

First impressions last! You will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and delight in delivering our guests a memorable experience. You will take pride in your appearance, as you will be the face of the Sheraton brand.  You will have previous experience in a similar position and have a comprehensive understanding of all Front Office operations. Exposure to Opera, Fidelio or Operation is a requirement. You will be highly regarded for your problem resolution skills and calm approach.
