As Restaurant Manager you will drive the daily operation of the restaurant, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and profit contribution with the assist of the Food & Beverage Manager. You will provide ongoing training and continual departmental improvement, take ownership of and offer problem solving initiatives ensuring both the Guest's and Hotel/Departments interests are met and resolved with a positive result for all.

Your skills and experience will include:

  • Previous leadership experience in a five star hotel.
  • Excellent time management, managerial and organisational skills. 
  • Proven success in developing high performing teams.
  • Sound culinary and beverage knowledge.
  • Advanced numeracy skills
  • Knowledge of Australian legislation impacting F&B operations and possession of required qualifications.
  • Current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
