Job Summary
 

Under the guidance of Director of Rooms, AWAY Spa Manager will be responsible of achieving /exceeding Away Spa Revenue targets, to report on personnel issues, individual sales and service performance, as well as market survey as related to AWAY Spa.

§  To ensure achievement of individual sales goals, business objectives and department profitability.

§  To maintain a database of membership including guest backgrounds and preferences.

§  To plan and execute membership sales strategies.

§  To maintain a positive relationship with all members.

§  To operate with peak efficiency through coordination, communication and cooperation with supporting department.

§  To answer telephone and take messages for the department adhering to Spa Department and hotel standards.

§  To maintain all files in accordance with established hotel procedures and standard.

§  To provide an inspiring example of Spa Sales citizenship, responsibility and resourcefulness by asserting, protecting, and demonstrating the core values of the Spa and W Hotels.

§  To effectively support and action on sales objectives such as customer service, financial targets, revenues and profits, maintain image enhancement and staff appearance standards.

§  AWAY Spa Manager will be required to conduct duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with department and hotel policies and procedures, ensuring that the highest level of service and communication is maintained.

§  AWAY Spa Manager will be required to adhere to and support Spa business plans in its implementation, to cooperate and communicate with Director of Rooms on a regular basis.

§  To supervise Away Spa daily operation.

 
     Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
