To be accountable for incremental revenue opportunities within the Food and Beverage and Wellness Departments with specific focus on up-selling strategies, customer satisfaction, guest loyalty and data base management. To provide leadership and be responsible for combined complex revenue goals that will boost departmental profitability and create repeat business opportunities. To assist the Marketing and Operations Teams in the creation and execution of events and promotions to a broader market. To provide assistance and help the venues’ managers throughout specific events to ensure flawless execution.
Education and Experience
High school or equivalent education required. Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
Able to speak, read, write and understand the English & Chinese. Additional knowledge of other languages is also an advantage.
- Firm Management ability with high influencing & upselling skills.
- Strong organizational and operational skills. Good knowledge on Food & Beverage products, worldwide and local regional trends.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Background in business/product development, market penetration, guest relationship management and understanding of locality.
Two to three years in a similar management position or role.
