Shaner Hotels has an amazing opportunity for a Front Desk Supervisor at our AC Hotel Columbus Dublin. Now open, the AC Hotel Columbus Dublin is surrounded by dining & entertainment hot spots. The hotel is positioned just miles away from downtown Columbus and walking distance to historic Dublin.
Floor to ceiling windows and a glass elevator will take you up to VASO, our rooftop restaurant and bar, where you can enjoy sophisticated cocktails paired with creative tapas. VASO also provides breathtaking panoramic views of the Scioto River along with Historic Dublin. The hotel features the AC Kitchen with our Spanish inspired breakfast and a thoughtfully designed lobby or meeting rooms.
The Front Desk Supervisor has a passion for providing service and is responsible for the supervision of the Front Desk staff, as well as a liaison to all other hotel departments. A key focus will be maintaining Company and brand standards to ensure the highest level of professional and efficient service to guests, and to drive overall guest satisfaction. The supervisor must help hire, train, and schedule and motivate our associates, as well as provide feedback to managers on a daily basis.
- High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role; Marriott experience a plus.
- Knowledge of front desk procedures and protocol preferred.
- Flexibility to cover all shifts a must, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to effectively deal with guest concerns in a friendly and positive manor.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
