·         Thorough knowledge in accounting principles and procedures


·         Thorough knowledge in designing financial system


·         Thorough knowledge in preparing annual budget and controlling same


·         Thorough knowledge in the analysis of financial information


·         Thorough knowledge in internal management policies


·         Ability to prepare and analyse financial report or operating statements and comments accordingly


·         Ability to prepare relevant reports for management as required


·         Ability to direct and motivate key subordinates, evaluate their performance, and oversees associates training requirement


·         Ability to resolve operational and personnel problem referred


·         Ability to provide guidance and advice to Hotel management on financial and accounting matters


·         Ability to liaise with government officials as required


·         High proficiency in written, spoken and reading English


·         Good command in reading, writing and spoken Mandarin


·         University graduate with accounting major


·         Qualified member of accounting body
