Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and well being of guests. provide "one-stop-shopping" for guests,
such as: arranging taxi, reserve restaurant, tickets to the theater, sporting
events, tours, arranging rent a car, appointments to SPA; delivery welcome
letters, amenities, gifts, flowers to the guest rooms with concierge access;
providing printing direction and information about hotel services. Thank guests with genuine appreciation and provide

smile, eye contact, and a friendly verbal greeting, using the guest's name when
