About the role:

  • Welcome and farewell all guests entering and leaving the hotel
  • Delivery and storage of guest luggage
  • Parking and retrieving guest cars
  • Provide information about all hotel facilities as well as room features and amenities
  • Respond to guest enquiries and requests

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in a similar position or customer service
  • Able to drive both Auto and Manual vehicles without restriction
  • Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude
  • Energized in a fast paced environment
  • Full time availability, including weekends, public holidays and overnights
