Job Description 


Concord Hospitality is seeking a dynamic sales leader for the role of Director of Sales at our Hampton Inn located in the Biltmore area of Phoenix Arizona.   This beautiful 120 room property sits was once a boutique independent hotel thus making the design and feel of this hotel unlike other Hampton Inn properties in the U.S.  The hotel is conveniently located in one of the most desired  areas in Phoenix near the upscale shopping, dining and nearby world famous resorts. 

Your role as the Director of Sales is key in the hotels success.  You will develop and foster hotel business through direct sales, marketing, telemarketing, direct mail, and tours of hotel. This is an advanced level position designed to lead a sales office in the solicitation of new and maintenance of existing transient, group, and meeting room business. The Director of Sales is responsible for all sales/marketing and advertising tasks, public relations and administrative reporting.

Job Requirement

  • 3+ Years Hotel Sales Experience
  • Marriott Experience Preferred
  • Great DOS role for first time DOS (84 Room property)
