Job Summary
 
     Ensure consistency in services provided across providers by monitoring provider services and correcting any differences. Inspect work areas and tools/equipment to ensure conformance to company standards. Confirm guest name and type of treatment, assess guest needs, and inquire about contraindications before beginning service. Escort guests to and from treatment rooms. Check with guest to ensure continued comfort throughout service. Monitor and stick to time schedule throughout the day. Promote and sell spa/salon services. Clean, maintain, and sterilize tools and equipment. Maintain cleanliness of workstation and/or treatment room. Dispose of trash and dirty linens. Secure supplies and equipment at the end of each shift. Maintain current licensure in service area. Assist management in training, scheduling, counseling, motivating and coaching employees; serve as a role model. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.
 
     Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight; stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
