Job Summary

Daily Inventory Control
   > Control inventory by room type and update MARSHA, OTA and Travel Agent Allotment
   > Monitor Group Block communicating with Sales Team and control inventory
Daily Rate Control
   > Monitor market trend and update rates on MASHA and OTAs
・Manage Rate Codes
   > Setting rate codes for each programs/promotions on related systems including MARSHA and OPERA
   > Maintain rate availability/descriptions on systems in line with the corporate guidelines
・Manage distribution channels (OTAs, GDS, Travel Agents)
   > Setting rate/contents for each programs/promotions on the distribution channels
   > Maintain rate availability/contents on the channels in line with the corporate guidelines
   > Liaison with distributers including OTAs, GDS, Travel Agents
   > Monitor market trend and create/setting package/promotions if necessary
・Report
   > Distribute/Update information of Rates/Packages regularly to relevant departments
   > Gather information of market and create report if necessary
・Meeting
   > Assist in preparation of meeting documents if necessary
   > Attend other departments meetings including Sales/Rooms teams etc. if necessary
・Developing relationships
   > Communicate and share information/data within team/other departments toward completion of the hotel goal
