Under the guidance of the Complex Director of Sales and Marketing responsible for maximising Rooms / F&B and Spa business from a defined leisure account base or geographical source. Proactively uncover new prospects and maximising conversion of business in line with the Hotels’ budgetary goals.
Work closely with the Complex Senior Manager Account Sales - Leisure to archive both personal revenue goals and the budgeted goals of the Complex properties.
§Proactively manage a pre-determined number of leisure key accounts and other active accounts to ensure maximum yield in all revenue streams in line with budgetary objectives.
§Sourcing and prospecting new leisure accounts for the Complex properties, and following the sales process through to convert into ‘producing’ accounts.
§Maintain relevant action plans for each leisure key account and ensure all follow up is executed in a timely manner.
§To ensure, manage and lead all seasonal contracting required processes on a timely manner.
§Ensuring accurate follow up and communication internally to reservations, accounting and other departments as well confirmations to the clients.
§Take personal responsibility for understanding the yearly sales plan and the required budgetary guidelines of the Hotels, to enable empowered decisions in all rate negotiations.
§Participate in RevMax and BizMax as required.
§To attend trade fairs, roadshow and events as a representative of the Complex Mallorca, ensuring that the quality image of the organization is portrayed.
§Assist the preparation of the monthly sales and marketing presentation.
SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
•Good organization skills required.
•Must be proficient in writing, speaking and negotiating in Spanish & English (German is a plus).
•2 year experience in similar position
