The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Demonstrate professional phone etiquette while handling guest enquiries and requests
- Answer calls: provide assistance or direct call to the proper person and/or department
- Log all guest request information accurately on the provided log sheets
- Follow up to ensure that all guest requests are completed in a timely manner
- Utilise Opera to access hotel and guest information and update reservation details
The successful candidate will possess:
- Have exceptional grooming standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A customer focused attitude, intent on delivering an excepeptional guest experience
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
- Opera experience is desired
