Sheraton on the Park is seeking a Guest Service Agent who shares our passion for delivering an unrivalled level of service. You will need to be highly motivated in an environment where exceeding the expectations of our customers is the minimum standard.

The key responsibilities of this role include:


- Demonstrate professional phone etiquette while handling guest enquiries and requests

- Answer calls: provide assistance or direct call to the proper person and/or department

- Log all guest request information accurately on the provided log sheets

- Follow up to ensure that all guest requests are completed in a timely manner

- Utilise Opera to access hotel and guest information and update reservation details


The successful candidate will possess:


- Have exceptional grooming standards

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- A customer focused attitude, intent on delivering an excepeptional guest experience

- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment

- Opera experience is desired
