As a Guest Services Supervisor you will oversee the Communications Team and day to day operational issues when on shift. You will be a critical source of support for the Guest Services Manager. Experience in a 4/5 star large-scale hotel is preferable. Exposure to Opera, Fidelio or Operation is a requirement. Your leadership potential and professionalism will set you apart from other candidates.

Experience within Guest Services in a 4-5 Star Hotel is preferred as well as the ability to work a 7 day rotating roster.
