Who are we looking for?
The Concierge Team is looking for a motivated, reliable and responsible addition to their team. A positive attitude and good previous track record are essential, as is previous experience of delivering high quality guest service. An ability to communicate clearly face to face and over the telephone is essential. Also required is a satisfactory level of computer literacy.
 
What will be your duties?
Our Luggage Porters greet, welcome, assist all guests, and ensure a hospitable and professional atmosphere in the concierge area. They serve all guests providing the highest level of service in an efficient and courteous manner while following Marriott standards, procedures and policies at all times. In absence of Concierge they are in charge of helping guests coming to the concierge desk for information.
