Maintain the artistic integrity of a show, once it has been rehearsed and opened, for the entirety of the run. "Call" each performance executing each light and stage "cues". Supervise all actors and serve as the official liaison between actor and the actor's union, Actors Equity Association. Maintain a complete understanding of the Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA) governing actors and musicians, as well as any expectations of theatre management. Serve as a production manager for the theatre dealing directly with the shops in the design and maintenance of each physical production._x000D__x000D_Assist management in training, scheduling, evaluating, motivating and coaching employees; serve as a role model and first point of contact of the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process.
Follow company policies and procedures, ensure uniform and personal appearances are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications. Anticipate and address guests’ service needs. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested._x000D_
