To operate the Revenue Management department, ensuring the day to day efficient operations and lead the team in achieving set goals. To be responsible for managing inventory, room rates and occupancy levels in order to maximize hotel profitability.
Ensure revenue enhancement strategies are developed and implemented across all assets of the property. Implement inventory controls on segments and distribution channels to maximize RevPAR. Optimize Revenue with appropriate pricing and selling strategies for entire hotel. Set up System of Competitive Price Shopping utilizing Market Vision, continuously monitor Competitor's performance, strategies, demand, supply etc. Identify opportunities for incremental revenue through analysis different market segments and distribution channels.
Oversee daily/weekly/monthly internal and external reporting requirements are met, supervise communications with internal and external parties to ensure that all information is provided in a clear and concise manner.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Marketing/Statistics/Hospitality Management or other analytical fields.
- At least 5 years working experience in related analytical function.
- English (Advance speaking and writing required), Mandarin and/or Cantonese (Advance speaking required, writing preferred).
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) is required.
- Knowledge of Property Management System (Opera/ Galaxy/ Fidelio) is preferred.
- Well-developed analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
