Build up a brand new authentic Asian cuisine selection for the hotel.
Develop authentic Asian cuisine section at All Day Dining Restaurant from breakfast, lunch and dinner included event dining arrangement.
Update cuisine menu every 2 months to refresh the palate of guests.
Review the production for the cuisine served to ensure it able to adapt to local market needs.
Train up existing culinary colleagues to ensure they able to covers the section while the chef was not around/off duty.
Experience chef (at least 5 years) on Indian or South East Asia cuisine.
Proven record for the product prepare and album of his/her cuisine.
Solid on plating skill and conducting food promotion abilities.
Fluent on English and able to speak mandarin will be the best.
Cost control abilities with open minded personality.
International 5 Stars Hotel experience will be a plus.
