The main role of HR Specialist will be to assist and support management and the leadership team with all internal procedures and labour law regulations as well as handling and resolving other HR issues. Assist managers and supervisors with hiring process. Monitor recruitment processes for compliance with local law and company policies and standards. Organize an efficient day-to-day administration of Human Resources department that includes creating and accurate maintaining of all employee records and files, supporting processing and maintenance of payroll records in accordance with policies and procedures. Record, store, and/or analyze information using HR software, provide pre-payroll input to finance department, ensure accurate and timely change to employee data, work schedules and leave balance. Assist all employees and serve as Human Resources and labour law subject matter expert.
An ideal Candidate should have solid experience on similar position and possess deep knowledge of Labour Law Code, compensation & benefits regulations like ZUS, Social Fund, Loss Prevention, etc. We are looking for professional candidates with analytical skills, very good command of English and Polish, strong MS Office and Płatnik knowledge (TETA system knowledge will be an asset).
