Due to an internal promotion, Sheraton on the Park is seeking a highly motivated and suitably experienced person to join us as Rooms Division Manager. Reporting to the Hotel Manager your responsibilities will include managing the administration and operation of overall Rooms Division, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Laundry, Concierge, Bell Desk and Executive Club. You will strive for excellence in delivering operational goals and profitability objectives
Essential requirements include;
Minimum 3 years Front Office Hotel management experience
Previous experience in a similar size and style property
Ability to drive change and implement continuous improvement
Highly effective communication and organisational skills
Well developed people management skills
Hands on comprehensive knowledge of all of the above disciplines of Front Office operations
