1.       Ensure designated area is properly and regularly cleaned

2.       Report any faults or maintenance requests to the PA Shift leader or Housekeeping Coordinator  promptly

3.        Has a knowledge of location of outlets and other facilities, in order to correctly direct guests if requested

4.        Perform cleaning with a minimum disturbance to guests

5.       When applicable, assists guests when working in the elevator areas

6.       Ensure toilet and tissue papers are properly stocked in the restrooms

7.       Greets all guests with an appropriate greeting and friendly smile

8.       Responsible for the cleanliness of assigned service areas.

9.       Offer all possible assistance to guests and respond to guests request

10.    Keep trolley neat and adequately supplied

11.    Maintain all equipment in good working condition

12.    Keep storeroom neat and in good order

13.    Report for duty punctually, wearing the correct uniform and name badge at all times

14.    Deliver high quality service to guests

15.    Ensure guest needs and reasonable requests are met

16.    Seek opportunities to continually improve guest service

17.    Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints

18.    Promote the hotel and  Sheraton products and services

19.    Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to guests

20.    Adhere to the hotel’s security and emergency policies and procedures

21.    Adhere to hotel cleaning and maintenance programs

22.    Ensure a high level of cleaning is maintained in work area

23.    Carry out other tasks as directed by your supervisors
