Provides prompt and efficient food and beverage to guests according to house service policy and procedure in all food and beverage outlets.


  • Applicants must possess a valid QLD RSA Certificate
  • Successful candidates are required to have exceptional Food & Beverage and be able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Must have exceptional guest service skills
  • Follow all SOP’s and LSOP’s pertaining to cash handling.
  • Prepares drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems.
  • Issues, opens, and serves wine/champagne bottles.
  • Sets up and maintains cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools.
  • Prepares fresh garnishes for drinks.
  • Stocks ice, glassware, and paper supplies.
  • Transports supplies to bar set-up area.
  • Washes soiled glassware.
  • Removes soiled wares from bar top and tables and place in designated area.
  • Anticipates and communicates replenishment needs.
  • Follows all SOP’s and LSOP’s pertaining to cash handling.
  • Processes all payment methods.
  • Counts bank at end of shift, completes designated cashier reports, resolves any discrepancies, drops off receipts, and secures bank.
  • Secures liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas. Completes closing duties
  • Knows and uses correct terminology for all service equipment and utensils.
  • Obtains requisition items for storeroom.
  • Assists guests with personal belongings if necessary.
  • Performs opening and closing duties and preparation for the next operation, as directed.
  • Collects food orders from kitchen and delivers to guest.
  • Stocks service station with clean and proper operating equipment, utensils, food and beverage and clean as per side duty schedule.
  • Clears service station of soiled dishes and dirty equipment and sends them to dishwashing area.
  • Collects and polishes equipment and utensils.
