Job Summary 
Process all invoices which have been appropriately approved in accordance with hotel purchasing policies and procedures.
Review invoices interfaced from CheckSCM to ensure that GL account codes are correct before posting to SUN System. Record and process payment of goods and services incurred by the hotel timely; in accordance to appropriate credit terms; and to take advantage of available discounts in line with hotel policies and procedures.
Timely reconciliation of Vendor’s Statement of Accounts with Hotel’s accounting records to ensure accuracy of records.
Close monitoring of outstanding and payments to ensure Accounts Payable Aging is healthy with minimal outstanding beyond 60 days.
