Wij zijn opzoek naar een enthousiaste Sales & Marketing Trainee voor onze cluster afdeling! Tijdens je stage ben je gelokaliseerd bij het Amsterdam Marriott Hotel, maar doe je werkzaamheden voor zowel dit hotel als voor het Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel.
 
Als staigaire van de Sales & Marketing afdeling draai je mee als volledige medewerkers om kennis te maken met alle facetten binnen de afdeling. Tijdens je stage maak je kennis met de administratieve, organiserende en ondersteunende taken van de afdeling. Samen met het Sales Team breng je potentiele toekomstige business voor het hotel tot stand en je ondersteund het Marketing Team bij het ontwerpen van designs en het bijhouden van de social media pagina’s.

Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden?
  • Ondersteuning van het Sales Team bij Tradeshows, Sales Blitz, Client Events en Side Inspections;
  • Ondersteuning van het Marketing Team bij designs, bedenken van creatieve give aways voor evenementen en het bijhouden van de social media pagina’s voor beide properties;
  • Opmaken van month-end rapportages, preference plus programma, purchase orders en booking space reports voor groepen;
  • Verzorgen en voorbereiden van VIP Arrivals en Voucher Requests;
  • Intern het eerste aanspreekpunt;
  • Everything else that you want to learn and can handle!
Wie ben jij?
  • Een student van de hogere hotelschool of andere relevantie studie in het laatste leerjaar;
  • Opzoek naar een stage voor minimaal zes maanden vanaf juli 2018;
  • Georganiseerd, service gericht en zelfstandig,
  • Accuraat en punctueel;
  • Beschikt over sterke sociale en communicatieve eigenschappen;
  • Goede kennis van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, in spraak en geschrift.
