Reporting to the Complex Director of Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Manager manages the end-to-end recruitment cycle for senior hires across Sheraton Grand Macao and the St. Regis Hotel Macao brands
Talent Acquisition Planning & Strategy – acts as the key driver supporting the Director of Talent Acquisition in executing the talent attraction/ engagement plan & strategy for local and international recruitment needs
Employment Branding – formulate and organize activities that help to uncover, articulate and define the hotel image, organizational culture, key differentiators, reputation, and services. Drives Employment branding so as to advance the market position, attract quality candidates and depict what it is truly like to work for Sheraton Grand Macao and the St. Regis Macao Hotel.
Candidate Audiences – Establish different sourcing strategies which could be applied based on the understanding of the jobs and where the audiences will come from to fill them.
Candidate Relationship Management – build a positive candidate experience that allows candidates to cohere the Sheraton and St. Regis brand, managing candidate communities, and maintaining relationships for those candidates not selected.
Metrics & Analytics – fully utilize the Applicant Tracking System to extract business intelligence to track and use key metrics to drive continuous improvement and to make better recruitment decisions, to ultimately improve the quality of hire.
- Bachelors' degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant talent management and talent acquisition experience
- Strategic business leader who understands the business vision, strategy, financial priorities and performance measures.
- Demonstrated proficiency with computer related recruitment tools.
- Demonstrated leadership, program management, and event planning skills.
- Experience in a results driven, competitive environment requiring adaptability.
- Must be bilingual in English & Chinese
