Job Responsibilities
  • To ensure that prompt and continuous good service is provided to all club guests and to guarantee guests satisfaction at all times
  • To ensure complete customer satisfaction in Health Club usage and quality service
  • To assist in the promotion of Club membership
  • Supervise and support Pool Lifeguards in their daily duties and communicate with other departments to ensure smooth operation
Requirements
  • 1 year experience, fresh graduates are also welcomed
  • Holder of Diploma in Sports and Recreation Management (or equivalent) and basic exercise instructor certification will be an advantage
  • Holder of Pool Lifeguard Award, First Aid Certificate
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Presentable with cheerful & friendly personality
  • Excellent telephone manner, PC skills and upselling techniques
  • Attention to details with multi-tasking skills
