Role Descriptions

 

Responsible for supervising the day to day operations and the work of Stylists (Room Attendant) in the Style Department. Provide training, coaching, and counselling to all Stylists (Room Attendant).

 

Job Requirements

 

Experience - five (5) years relevant experience in luxury hotel
Education - Diploma in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline
Technical / functional competencies - good computer skills in Microsoft Office and proficiency in FCS and Opera
Language skills - fluent in Cantonese, good command of Mandarin and English
W Look - appear confident, well-groomed
W Personality - warm, welcoming, smiling and pleasant
