Job Summary
 
To ensure all guests’ requests are responded to in a timely and professional manner. To uphold communication quality and work-flow across all hotel departments. Interacting with peers in a respectful manner in order to strengthen working relationships. Maintaining consistently high levels of product knowledge and awareness.
 
Job Requirement

- Required high school preferred bachelor degree.

- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Excellent telephone manner.

- High school, diploma in hotel management or equivalent education required.
