Job Summary
 
To ascertain that all repair and maintenance requests are completed regarding painting, wall fabrics and other finishing.

 

To hang and repair wallpapers and fabrics.

 

To paint as per established standards.

 

To mix and match colors.

 

To maintain the equipment and tools in good order.

 

To acquire and store materials needed to accomplish the daily work.

 

To paint equipment and pipe work as and when required.

 

To paint floors as and when required.

 

To prepare surfaces of all furniture and repaint or to original finish.

 

To prepare and make good with filler all surfaces painting.

 

Assist other engineers as and when required.

 

 

Experience:

Two years of experience in related position.  Prior hotel experience preferred

High school or equivalent education required.
