Have a degree in hospitality & at least 2 years work experience with an international hotel chain.
Have experience in leading & developing a team with strong focus on customer service.
Are very well known with the local attractions in Amsterdam.
Can communicate fluently in Dutch & English, other language is of course a plus.
Able to multi task and solve challenges.
Are willing to work morning and evening shifts.
In possession of driver’s license.
