  • Responsible for Food and Beverage Sales by driving covers and revenues.
  • Going on Food and Beverage sales calls, generating bookings and promoting restaurant, and lounges
  • Food and beverages tie ups with corporate to increase footfalls in the outlets.
  • To be a relationship manager for all Corporate, VIP guests and repeat guests.
  • Maintaining guest comment card, history, and feedback and using the information to flow down to ensure a great experience for our diner’s every time.
  • Maintaining and increasing customer loyalty by engaging them for special events/days
  • Achieves personal and team related revenue goals. 
  • Conducting special dinners/chef tables for top 100 high spending customers on a quarterly basis.
  • Work along with the Restaurant managers generating new ideas and promotions to drive revenue.
  • Ensure presence during the evenings and meeting with customers generating feedback and capturing expectations.
  • Capture new market trends and offerings in the city and to be updated about the competition.
  • Creating a buzz in the market and ensuring footfalls for all special Restaurant promotions and events.
