Designs and produces internal marketing materials including, but not limited to advertisements, collateral, signage, flash pieces, electronic brochures, presentations and video productions designed to fulfill our Employees First Guarantee and attract and retain top talent for the property. Develops all creative designs, computer graphics and production layouts. Supports internal communications and maintains employee television communications system. Creates the look and feel, concept, visual development and final execution of all design directions. Collaborates with operational departments providing design, conceptualization and solutions pertaining to deliverables. Manages costs for production and communication resources.
Education and Experience
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Computer Graphics or a related field; minimum of 3 years’ experience in a graphic design role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Graphics or a related field.
    Managing Creative Design and Production
  • Develops creative designs, computer graphics and production layouts.
  • Oversees video production including videotaping, editing and gear maintenance.
  • Updates and maintains Employee television communications system, Employees Communications Station and back-of-house Employee signage and décor.
  • Executes various aspects of production including scanning, digital retouching, image editing, special effects, file manipulation and layout.
    Supporting Internal Communications
  • Supports internal communications through producing internal marketing materials including, but not limited to advertisements, collateral, signage, flash pieces, electronic brochures, presentations and video productions to fulfill our Employees First Guarantee and attract and retain top talent for the property.
  • Collaborates with operation departments providing design, conceptualization and solutions pertaining to deliverables.
  • Serves as a communication resource for Employees throughout the hotel.
  • Manages the cost for producing communication resources within the allotted communication budget.
  • Managing Branding Experience and Goals
  • Supplies the look and feel, concept, visual development and final execution of all design directions.
  • Creates and revises print and multimedia collateral to reflect current brand look.
  • Develops logos and communication templates.
  • Troubleshoots digital production issues as needed.
  • Supporting Human Resources Activities
  • Handles employees’ complaints.
  • Plans and determines the techniques of the work to be done as needed.
  • Determines the type of materials, supplies, machinery, equipment or tool to be used or merchandise to be bought, stocked and sold as needed to implement graphic design duties.
