Sheraton Grand Macao Hotel, Cotai Central is part of the Marriot International family which located on the Cotai Strip. The World’s largest Sheraton’s with 4,001 guest rooms and suites. Job Summary
 
     Prepares reports and other communication for Director of Sales. Coordinates with and assist the Director of Sales on Hotel Sales-related matters. Records, prepares and publishes the minutes of the Sales Team Meetings/Briefings and follows up results thereof as required. Establishes and maintains an efficient logging system to keep track of all incoming and outgoing reports, records and documents of the Sales Team. Establishes and maintain accurate database system. Keeps track of meetings, schedules, appointments, etc. of the Director of Sales. Liaises for sales collateral requisition and maintains sufficient stock for the Sales Team. Prepares proposals and contracts as required under direction of the Sales Team. Carries out special assignments and projects, and other tasks, as may be assigned by Director of Sales.
 

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese & English.
  • Demonstrates strong administrative work, organizational, time management, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Result orientated and attention to details.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team.
  • Minimum 1 year work experience administration work in leading organization.
  • Solid experience utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite of products.
