Job Summary:
  • Monitor all hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with all local and company policies and standards
  • Make recruitment strategies in line with market trends as well as operation needs
  • Overlook overall manning budget as well as voluntary turnover in hotel
  • Assist management in screening resumes, conducting interviews and selecting new hourly hires using selection tools and systems
  • Assist employees with internal and external transfer requests and procedures
  • Manage cross cultural communication and assist with recruiting expatriate according to operation needs
  • Other activities in supporting associates wellbeing
Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum 3 years related working experience
  • Good communication skills , training skills and leadership skills
  • Good Command of both written and spoken English
  • Able to work under pressure with proactive attitude
  • Open mind with creative spirit
