Responsible to ensure the efficient operation of all Beverage and Food venues and services/ activities are carried out in accordance with W standards. Coordinate day-to-day functions with Restaurant Manager(s), provide support to Banquet Service Manager and perform on-site support to the venues during the peak period of service.
Interact with guests in all venues, enhance their dining experience and build emotional connection with them. Investigate opportunities and suggest improvement to enhance guest satisfaction.
Support the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage with all other areas including planning and execution of promotion and happenings, budgeting and cost control as well as talent coaching and development.
Experience - A minimum of five (5) years experiences as outlet manager in a 5-star hotel or an equivalent role
Education - Higher diploma or above in Hospitality management
Language skills - fluent in English, proficiency in Cantonese & Mandarin is an advantage
Computer literacy - MS Office and Outlook, P.O.S system
