Key Responsibilities主要工作职责:

 

1.    Security Operation安全操作

l  Patrol all areas including employee locker rooms, kitchens, food and beverage storage areas, car parking, exits and remote areas.

巡逻所有的区域包括员工更衣室、厨房、餐饮储备室、停车场、逃生通道及一些偏僻的区域。

l  Good control of the safety issues within his domination category. Report to his supervisors upon any problem is found for quick action taken.

密切注意所在岗位管辖范围的一切治安、消防隐患,做到及时发现,迅速处理和汇报。

l  Prevent Sabotage of hotel premises.

在酒店范围内阻止一切破坏活动。

l  Be thoroughly familiar of the property layout, design, entry and exit points

非常熟悉财产的陈列、布局以及出入口。

l  Work with walkie-talkie for easy contact.

工作时携带对讲机以便联系

l  Assist and maintain crowd control as required.

按要求协调维持好人群,避免拥挤情形

l  Act on reports delivered by the Security Manager regarding any unusual incidents identified by closed circuit television.通过监控关注一些不寻常的事件并向安全部经理汇报

l  Be familiar with location of fire alarms and fire fighting equipment.

熟悉当地的火灾警报装置及消防器材

l  Ensure checks are conducted on fire panel, fire hose real outlets and fire barriers and all other safety equipment and ensure that all are in good working order and report to the Duty SEC Supervisor any item of equipment which is faulty.

确保检查好火灾监视盘,灭火水龙带的出水口等所有的安全设备,确保所有的区域在良好的运作中,汇报安全部当班主管,如果任何设备出了问题

l  Ensure no undesirables loiter in or around the hotel premises.

保证酒店范围内没有漫无目的的徘徊闲荡者

l  Particularly pay attention on the madman or drunk man in hotel to prevent any accidents.

注意发现和防止精神病患者,醉酒者在酒店滋事。

l  Be alert for any unusual packages, guests or vehicles and advise superior of same.

对不寻常的包裹、客人及车辆要高度警觉,主管也应如此

l  Record any meaningful information on Memo Book in the sequence of chronology; include duty rolling, suspicious objective, damaged equipment, unsafe situation, etc.

将工作时发生的事情按时间顺序记录在工作日志上。包括岗位轮换、可疑目标、设备损坏和不安全因素等。

l  Strengthen the job of check, register and inquiry at the entrance to prevent hotel articles being taken out.

严格控制酒店出入口的物资进出,加强核对检查和询问,并做好有关记录。

l  Vehicle control especially at peak hour: Direct the drivers stop their car in the proper place and  check the condition of each vehicle.

注意高峰时段的车道安全,加强对车库,车道的管理,做到井然有序和认真检查每一辆停放车辆的车况。

l  Arrange the parking lots properly at Lobby car parking

合理安排地面停车位,

l  Make way by escorting VIPs and dignitaries when directed and direct traffic away from Lobby and other busy thorough fares.

VIP客人开道和指挥,当他们的车队直接出入酒店。

l  Secure the VIP guests. 作好贵宾的安全保卫工作。

l  Keep the information relevant to hotel or department confidential.

注意作好涉及酒店或部门的保密工作。

l  Red stick policy 做好认真查包工作。

l  Implement the hotel rules on Lost & Found, fill in related forms and report the lost to relevant department immediately.

执行酒店关于失物招领的相关规定,填写相应的表格,并立即报告相关负责部门。

l  Adhere to relevant regulations and state laws during work.

在工作中应严格遵循相关道德和国家法律法规。

 

2.    Emergency Response紧急应对

l  Be clear with personal responsibilities when a fire occurs.

掌握火警,火灾等事故发生时自己的职责。

l  In the event of fire, be thoroughly familiar with and guided by the hotel’s emergency plan.     在火灾时,非常了解并实施酒店的紧急计划

l  Respond to emergency calls and follow the instruction of SEC Supervisor or Management.

接到报警呼叫后,按安全主管或管理层的指示行动。

l  In the event of an emergency, get to the scene immediately as instructed, find out the facts and then report to SEC supervisor in shift. Control the situation and perform first aids if necessary. Meanwhile, make a detailed report.

在紧急情况发生时,按指示立即到达现场,找出原因并报告当班安全主管。控制现场情况,在需要时进行急救。期间要进行详细的报告。

 

3.    Care of Equipment设备维护

l  Oversee maintenance and handling of equipment used.

监督设备的维护和使用。

l  Ensure timely reporting of malfunction or maintenance deficiencies to appropriate area.

及时报告设备故障和维护不足的情况。

 

4.    Training And Employees Activities培训和员工活动

l  Positively participate trainings held in department or hotel.

认真参加酒店和部门组织的各项培训。

l  Participate actively in company initiated employee activities.

积极参与公司组织的员工活动。

 

5.    Grooming And Hygiene仪容和卫生

l  Adhere to the specified hygiene and personal appearance standards of the hotel.

遵守酒店关于卫生和员工仪容仪表的要求。

l  Maintain a regular presence in public area or your assigned post.

在公共场所或工作岗位上保持一个好的仪容仪表

 

6.    Attendance出勤

l  Adhere to the set procedures for attendance and time keeping.

遵守出勤和考勤制度。

 

7.    Company Policies And Procedures公司政策和程序

l  Keep good relationship with other colleagues and handle issues fairly.

与酒店其他部门员工保持正常关系,做到按章办事,不徇私舞弊。

l  Perform full understanding, support and assistance to other colleagues.

同事之间要相互理解,支持,帮助。

l  Feedback real situation and work positively without separating the whole team group by group.

真实反映情况,严禁拉帮结派,消极怠工

l  Adhere to the provisions outlined in the Employee’s Handbook Disciplinary Code and Rules and Regulations.
