Assist the Public Relations Manager in the day to day operation of Public Relations Department in gaining positive exposure and awareness of the hotel by working with local and overseas media on press coverage, advertising and all sorts of promotions.


Act as an administrative support in the department responsible for the coordination with outside parties and other departments of the hotel.  Assist in preparing and coordinating the production and distribution of hotel promotional materials and advertising.



  1. Administrative Support行政支持

Responsible for the daily administrative work of the department. 负责部门日常行政工作。Handling incoming calls and assist in handling press enquiries.接听电话,协助处理发布会相关事宜。

  1. Press Release新闻发布会

Assist in compiling and updating the press release distribution list.帮助确定更新新闻发布会人员名单。

Handling the distribution of press release. 处理新闻发布会告知事宜。

  1. Hotel promotions酒店促销

Participate in coordination of all hotel promotions 参与协调酒店所有促销活动。

Assist in coordinating with F&B on obtaining the details of all F&B promotions. 帮助与餐饮部协调,获取餐饮部所有的促销信息细节。

Assist in managing the hotel promotional database and updating the database. 帮助管理酒店促销资料,更新资料库。

  1. Brochures and Promotional Materials促销手册及资料

Coordinate the design and production of all hotel promotional materials协助设计酒店内所有促销资料。

Handling of any photo shooting for promotional purposes拍摄有关促销的照片。

To make certain that all display of the hotel promotional materials are placed properly and are according to the corporate guidelines.确保酒店所有促销资料根据酒店规定妥善处理。

In charge of the distribution of all promotional materials and constantly review the current distribution channels and come up with new ideas for enhancement.负责所有促销资料的分发,经常与有关渠道保持联系,加强影响力,有新的设想。

  1. Budget Control预算控制

Responsible for the tracking of all expenses incurred for all design and production of promotional materials and advertising.负责所有设计与促销资料及广告的费用。

Monthly update of the actual expenses for record purposes.每月更新实际花费,作好记录。

Closely work with sister properties in creating cluster promotions and awareness.与姐妹酒店紧密合作,提高团队促销意识。

Maintain close communication with related departments in Region Office and Headquarter on all hotel promotions and events.与区域总部及总部相关部门保持联系,告知有关酒店促销活动

  1. Prepare periodic reports定期准备报表

Participate in the preparation of monthly report and other reports according to business needs.根据业务需要,参与准备每月及其他报表。

Properly dressed in uniforms with the general appearance according to the hotel standard. 根据酒店要求,适宜地穿着制服。

Conducting business according to the Marriott guidelines and local law.根据万豪规定和地方法规,进行商务活动。

Compliance to the standards set up for the PR operation including telephone handling, punctuality, hotel rules, regulations and LSOPs.遵循公关部操作标准,包括如何处理电话,准时,酒店规章制度,标准操作程序。

Job Summary
     Manage the day-to-day activities for social media channels. Establish long-range objectives and specify the strategies and actions to achieve them. Manage active and engaged communities around a defined topic or topics by managing long-lead editorial calendars, monitoring online conversations. Participate in online conversations to build Brand visibility, customer satisfaction and marketing/ecommerce support. Establish a positive online presence for the hotel(s) by integrating property-specific and Brand messaging in a compelling and valuable way for participants. Provide measurement of the impact of online presence to the hotel’s overall business. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.
     Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats; move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance; stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
